Halloween Witch Hat Cupcakes

Halloween is my favorite time of the year. You can't go wrong with these cute witch hat cupcakes. These are super easy and fun to make! I used normal vanilla cake and yummy buttercream frosting! I colored the frosting a bright blue so that it would stand out. I used half of an Oreo for the base of the witch hat and a Hershey kiss for the top of the hat (super easy right).
